Location

Our townhouse is located in the Carriage Point comunity of Reunion Resort. It is conveniently located just off of the Old Lake Wilson Road offering an alternative and direct route to the Walt Disney World Resort. The Reunion Grande is just over a mile away to the south. Our townhouse is also located opposite the excellent Carriage Point community pool and spa.

Description

Our 4 bedroom townhouse is tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned. The ground floor comprises a large living area joined to an open plan kitchen and dining area. It also benefits from a downstairs bedroom and WC. The first floor is home to the master bedroom and en suite bathroom, the second and third bedrooms and the family bathroom. The large landing area has enough space for a large pull out sofa bed and cupboards for the washer and dryer. Access to the garage is from the front of the house and the main entrance is towards the rear.

Ground Floor In Detail

The living area is located at the rear of the property and is furnished with 2 large sofas, coffee and side tables. A 32” LCD TV and PlayStation 3 fit neatly into the unit that divides the living area and kitchen. The adjoining kitchen is very well equipped and should be capable of meeting every guests needs. Its features include; a stove and refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee percolator, blender, toaster, comprehensive selection of cooking utensils, cutlery, glassware and tableware. There is also a small kitchen table which is ideal for informal dining and is able to seat 4 people. There is also access via double patio doors to the patio area outside. The dining area is located next to the kitchen and is able to seat 6 people.

There is also a ground floor bedroom located at the front of the house. It is furnished with a Queen Size bed, matching bedside tables, a built in closet and wall mounted LCD TV.

First Floor In Detail

The spacious master bedroom is located at the rear of the house and is complete with a King Size bed, dresser, bedside tables, a built in closet. It also has a small table, two wicker chairs, a book shelve and 32” TV and DVD player. It has exclusive access to the upstairs balcony through the double patio doors. The balcony is furnished with a glass table and seating for two. The master bedroom also has en suite bathroom facilities. They include a large bath and separate shower.

The second and third bedrooms have Queen Size beds and matching bedside tables. They also have a built in closets and wall mounted LCD TV’s. The second and third bedrooms share the large family bathroom. The landing area is large enough for a Queen Size pull out sofa bed which provides sleeping arrangements for 2 extra people and 10 people in total. It also has cupboards that hide the washer, dryer and ironing board.

Outside

The garage is located at the front of the house and is accessed from the road via a short drive way, which has space for one vehicle to park. The main entrance to the house is via a pathway towards the rear of the property. There is a small patio area outside with a table and chairs. The rear of the house is surrounded by well kept lawns and natural conservation area.

The excellent community pool area is located opposite the house and is no more than a 30 second walk away. The pool itself is very large and seemingly quite underused. There is also a large hot tub/spa and plenty of sun loungers, tables and chairs.
